“So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.” – 1 Corinthians 15:58
Good Morning Friends,
Blessed are the feet that bring the Good News this morning. And today I am praying for all the faithful volunteers that are working feverishly to make the Magic City Miracle happen. For months this teams has been recruiting sponsors, identifying worksites and partner agencies, and organizing logistics for this day.
I thank God for their faithfulness, because they each have a job, family and other responsibilities like the rest of us. I also understand that most of the key leadership positions are held by members of Liberty Crossings, so that means they are most likely working at church too.
I wanted to list their names here, but it is such a large operation that I fear leaving someone out. So if you know those leaders personally, pray for them individually. If not, please continue to lift the entire team up in your prayers each day until the event.
Volunteer opportunities are all listed on the event website. Let’s be the church that leads the way in early registration efforts. To God be the glory!

Gracious Lord,
What a wonderful day to witness the work of Your kingdom. I thank You for the servants that are working so diligently for Your glory and the benefit of others. As the day grows near, and so many small things have to be done, I pray that Your Holy Spirit would fall freshly on their spirits. I am sure some are growing tired at this point. Touch each one with Your manifest presence today. Speak, in ways that each leader can understand, words of encouragement and Your great pleasure.
I also pray for their protection. Save them from the attacks of an enemy that will surely come. Create a hedge of protection around each home leading this effort, that they might have peace and security. And we ask, Mighty Jehovah, in Your great power, get out in front of our leaders. Clear their paths of any obstacles. Make their ways straight and smooth. Allow each one to be energized and blessed by his activities, not burdened by them.
We ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen
